"Come here if you have no standards for your healthcare. As a personal trainer and professional rugby player, I've worked with a wide range of healthcare providers over the years--and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The office felt dingy and uninviting, and both Dr. Rachum and the woman working the front desk came across as unprofessional and awkward. I was told the appointment would include 40-60 minutes of treatment and cost $80, but the entire session, including the so-called "exam," lasted only 30 minutes. The exam itself was a half-hearted lumbar range of motion test that added no value. I left feeling like my time and money had been completely wasted. I won't be returning and honestly can't understand how this clinic is still in business."
