"Not sure who i talked to but just got off the phone. The representative was rude and not cooperative at all. It seems like she was having a bad day. There is always a first time for an auto injury claim and she tells me you don't know how insurance works without willing to explain or work with me. This person needs some serious training in customer service and being courteous and understanding with customers. I hope they find good staff to support their medical staff."
