Testimonials

Anastasia Babenko

"I've had a great experience at Spear Center. After just the first week of treatment, my hip pain improved dramatically, which was a very pleasant surprise. My therapist, Sakshi, is attentive, professional, and easy to talk to. She really listens and explains everything clearly, which makes a big difference. The staff at Spear Center are also very nice and welcoming, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. I finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery. I highly recommend Sakshi and the team at Spear Center!"

"Spear completely changed my life! After over a year of lower back issues and being afraid to exercise and make it worse, Justin taught me that movement is not the enemy but the solution. He really took the time to sit down and listen to my symptoms and consider all of my lifestyle factors before planning my workouts. This is not a "cookie-cutter" place that will prescribe you generic exercises, it is highly individualized and they will adapt to your feedback. After just a couple of sessions I was able to sit and walk comfortably again for the first time in over a year. My time at Spear has not only improved my stamina and strength, but has also improved my confidence in taking care of myself. Although I have "graduated" from physical therapy, I still follow Justin's individualized workout plan and this is the most consistently I've ever worked out before. I know that by following this plan I will continue to be pushed, grow muscle, and gain flexibility, while still protecting my back from re-injury. I can never thank Justin enough for getting me my life back! All of the front desk staff and techs are always so friendly and supportive (special shout out to Vicky and Lachi who were always there when I was there). They will remember your name, work with you to accommodate your schedule, and keep you in high spirits throughout your sessions. They take such amazing care of the office, everything is really clean and well-maintained. Their playlists also rule. I truly looked forward to every one of my sessions here and if I ever need physical therapy again I will 100% be back here."

"So, I started at Spear with a rare joint condition, a major aversion to exercise, and a chip on my shoulder. I was fully convinced I was beyond help-- I was wrong. I used to laugh at people who went to the gym for fun. Now I might become one of them. Justin is a gem, he's an incredibly intuitive physical therapist who somehow knows inherently when to pull back, and when to push a little harder. Most importantly, Justin took the time to research and learn more about my condition so that he could treat me safely and effectively-- my quality of life has improved dramatically since working with him. I have so many good things to say about this location-- the whole staff is amazing, it's clean, welcoming, and has become a "third space" for me. Highly recommend!!"
