"I rarely post reviews however I want to acknowledge the wonderful PA that my daughter saw today. William Janes was honestly the nicest, most empathetic, and kindest medical professional that I have experienced in recent years. He was so understanding, compassionate and kind to my eleven year old. He was knowledgeable and eased both my mind and hers. As soon as we walked out my daughter recognized that more medical professionals should be this nice and caring. This was coming from an eleven year old! would highly recommend him."
"My experience with Dr. Panchal who is an orthopedist specializes in neck and back pain at Englewood Orthopedics was quite disappointing and upsetting. While seeking treatment for my cervical stenosis, I found the prescribed medication to be quite strong, causing excessive drowsiness and discomfort. Despite diligently following the prescribed physical therapy regimen for four weeks, both in-office sessions and home exercises, my pain and discomfort showed no signs of improvement. When I brought this up to Dr. Panchal, he became defensive, telling me that I was the ONLY patient who didn't find physical therapy helpful. According to him, ALL his patients had positive results from physical therapy. When I suggested an MRI to look deeper into my condition, Dr. Panchal seemed hesitant, citing concerns about insurance approval due to incomplete physical therapy sessions. Despite completing four weeks, he appeared more focused on procedural requirements than on addressing my immediate need for diagnosis and treatment. However, he did eventually provide, though reluctantly, the MRI prescription. Additionally, Dr. Panchal discouraged discussing treatment with others, suggesting that each case is unique. To further prove his point, he casually mentioned that a tumor might be the cause of my pain. While I understand the sentiment of don't listen to other people, his mention of tumors without diagnostic evidence was unsettling. Meanwhile, he was hesitant to prescribe MRI. I then had to argue that this is why I would need an MRI. Overall, it felt like Dr. Panchal's priorities leaned more towards insurance protocol and following his treatment regimen than my well-being. This lack of flexibility and consideration for alternative options left me feeling unheard and frustrated. Considering these experiences, I would cautiously recommend exploring other options before committing to care and treatment with Dr. Panchal."
"The person who answered the phone, Wanda, was impolite and discourteous. Please go somewhere else and spare yourself the time. I asked for an appointment with Dr. Lee, who was suggested by my primary care physician.I received a text to confirm an appointment with a different doctor. I gave them a call to make sure the appointment was with Dr.Lee and, if not possible, to reschedule for a time when Dr. Lee was available. The receptionist, Wanda, began to act rudely toward me and refused to reschedule. Inconsiderate, impolite, and unprofessional. It makes sense why this location gets 3.4 Google stars."
