"Doctors are great and wonderful bed side manners. The office staff on the other hand not so great on communication with patients and there own staff. I was told I needed a MRI in a different location so front desk said "it's in the same location were you seen Dr. McCulloch. Now I live in lower manhattan and I been to only three locations Duan st. Westchester Ave Bronx, and Queens blvd office were a meet Dr Mcullock. So front desk asked if I would like Car service to my appointment and back home free service and I said yes so they insured me that they will take care of the arrangements. The day before my appointment I called the doctors office to confirm my appointment and he informed me the driver will cam a hour before my appointment. Well the day came and no call I had 50 min to five myself through BQE traffic to make it to my destination and look for parking. I arrived with just 5 min left to my appointment and no street parking so I called the Doctors office again to make aware the I am on my way. So my only option was to park at a pay parking garage and talking to my Doctors office the women tells me she handles the car service and no one notified her I wanted a pick up tells me I am at the wrong office. It's was no more the 1 min told the parking attendant please can I have my keys back and they charged me $22.95 that I had to pay. While still on the phone the lady she said I had to speak with the office manager from Duan st office. At my recent doctors visit I spoke with the office managers and with all my proof she said she can't help me due to the fact I confirmed my appointment. Even though I said to her if the driver would have picked me up I would have been at the right place and she's puts the blame on me. I was and still am in so much pain to have to deal with this no sympathy or compassion to patients whom they caused such grief."

He is very understanding and listened to my concerns. The office manager at Bayonne, Jaimie is also equally good at her job. She is on top of all the paperwork and everything gets submitted in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place."
