"Dr. Fisher was a great chiropractor. Super personable, helpful and easy to talk to. He gave me a good adjustment and physical therapy for an emergency back visit. The office is a bit old and dank and in need of remodeling, but I was satisfied with the service I received. However, after the fact I got a call from the receptionists demanding that I pay $365 because my insurance rejected the claim. She keep calling and hounding me and asking for my credit card and threatening to send the bill to collections. It took me hours on the phone to figure it out with my insurance company who kept stating they paid the bill and there shouldn't be a problem. Long story short, she messed up the billing and billed twice for the same service, the insurance paid the one bill and rejected the second. It was quite a hassle that I had to deal with and the receptionist was kind of rude and wouldn't accept fault. She did apologize after the fact quickly but going through that was really stressful and time consuming. Overall a bad experience for me."
