"I had good experience with Dr Levy's consult. However the billing handled by this office was very incorrect. They told me that it's in network provider and however after my visit was done they charged me $195 which was supposed to be for out of network. When I asked them, they said, "your plan is good and regardless for in-network or out-of network this is your copay". After I called my insurance I found out they were not in network. The office staff (and even Dr Levy) was very dishonest about how they handled this."
