Timothy Dunne

"I went into Danbury Ortho with an intact saphenous nerve and an intact tibia bone in my left leg for an evaluation of a possible meniscus tear by Angelo Ciminiello. After an X-Ray and exam by Ciminiello, it was determined that. I did in fact have a tear and that I was not a candidate for surgery to repair the tear, as I had Lumbar Spinal fusion. I asked Ciminiello, what could be done to ensure I would not do any further damage, until surgery could be performed. Ciminiello advised me that he would write an Rx for a knee stabilization brace, to ensure my knee joint would be stabilized. The practice tech was not properly trained to apply the brace, per MD Rx or Mfr's explicit instructions for determining what size brace should be affixed to a patient's limb. The brace applied, was a size small, not a size large per the Mfr's recommended dimensions! The RESULT of this exercise if medical futility was that I am permanently disabled as a result of the damage the brace did to my left leg, a stress cracked tibia and CRUSHED Saphenous Nerve, has left me permanently disabled. Angelo Ciminiello refused to accept any responsibility for or treatment of the Permanent damage to my limb. The Hippocratic Oath means NOTHING to Angelo Ciminiello! I had to go to Hospital for Special Surgery for evaluation and treatment. Avoid Angelo Ciminiello at all costs. Medical ethics are not in his empty shell white lab coat. He is the Worst!"

"Amazing! Surgery on my meniscus tear. I was a bit nervous about potential pain and swelling. Well...there was no reason to be nervous at all. Zero pain...minimal swelling. Back to good as new right after surgery. I'm shocked at how great I felt literally right after surgery. Dr. Ciminiello is a very personable and obviously a very skilled surgeon. I highly recommend him. His team around him are also very professional and informative. Truly amazed at how great my knee feels!! Thank you Dr. Ciminiello and team!!"

"Dr. Ciminiello is an outstanding surgeon with an unbelievably reassuring bedside manner. I had back to back incidents with my tibia, fibula and Heel and it required two surgeries. It would have scared the hell out of me as it was a compound fracture through the skin, but Dr. Ciminiello and his team kept me calm and the surgeries required went perfectly. I was back on my leg to have another incident right after I healed (different bones - and I'm a horseback rider). That surgery also went smoothly and I was extremely happy that Dr. Ciminiello was by my side. I highly recommend his work and his calm, gentle tone. I absolutely love him and if you have an unfortunate incident, I'm sure he'll make you feel that you're in the best of hands and heart... because you are."
