Nann at Revolution Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic in Wood Dale has changed the course of my health and outlook so dramatically, that I would recommend this alternative medicine for a health problem or concern, big or small to ANYONE! Direct, no nonsense, Nann has helped accomplish in almost 2 months what 12 medical doctors could not come close to regarding my debilitating allergies, inflammation, and chronic pain in the last year. Everything else I have experienced as a byproduct has been a bonus. My body has the right conditions to heal itself for I believe the very first time. Poke a needle or 2 on my ear and I am doing pistol squats in his clinic. Fantastic feeling, no more growling whenever I bend over or sitting down. "I had aggravated my sciatic nerve in early September. I could barely walk and had developed burning nerve pain in my toe's and over all pain in my foot. I sought chiropractor care. It offered some relief. On Friday 10/30 I could no longer take the burning pain in my two toes and the extreme pain in my foot. I decided to Google Acupunture. There were several places. I choose Revolution Acupunture because of the reviews. I had nothing to loss. I called and was able to make a same day appointment. I had zero idea what to expect and had no real expectation. What I found was a professional who loves what he does and is very good at it. On the first visit, the treatment I received reduced the nerve pain in my toes. It substantially help my sciatic back pain. Nann advised to be cautious and rest for a few days. Admittedly I did not follow those instructions. On my second visit, Nann asked more questions. He wanted me to explain in detail how I was feeling...was it pain, soreness, tightness. He was diligent in listening and taking notes. Again I was able to find relief with the second treatment. Again Nann encouraged me to rest. Again I didn't do a good job at that. On the third visit Nann explained that I need to do my part, after the treatment if I wanted to see results. After a couple treatments (and listening to his advise on rest) I can say that I no longer have the burning nerve pain in my toes. The sciatic nerve back pain is much more manageable. I have more sessions to go. But feel very confident with Nann's knowledge, I will have complete healing. I wish every doctor would take the time to ask questions and listen like Nann does. "Dr. Nann is the man! He really takes the time to understand you as a person and your condition. The appointments are very relaxed and he never seems rushed, his bedside manner is excellent and he is just a very personable guy with great energy. I have seen him for a reoccurring stomach/digestive issue and between the herbs and the acupuncture treatments my condition greatly improves. Anyone with digestive issues can agree that it can cause you great amounts of discomfort and anxiety. After seeing Dr. Nann I feel better, the discomfort dissipates and my anxiety is reduced, I can get about my day again with more energy and enthusiasm to do what needs to be done with out being distracted by how poorly I feel. "I am so glad I found Naan. I was diagnosed with dystonia (a neurological condition which causes painful muscle spasms and tremors). I have tried literally everything with minimal results. I had never tried acupuncture before, but was willing to try anything to help the chronic pain. He took a long time listening to my issues and asked a lot of questions. His goal is to get to the root of the problem. He said to give him 5 sessions to see if he could help me. I just had my 5th session today, and I can say it has definitely helped with relaxing the muscles and relieving the pain.
