"I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment here as they completely ripped me off Months after I had already moved out of state, I received a $136 bill for a service I did not receive. I knew they were going to try and pull something like this due to their billing behavior while I was a patient, so I even called before I moved to ensure my account was at a $0 balance and they did indeed confirm that. Months late I received this random bill for $136, I then spent hours on the phone trying to resolve it. The staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Instead of taking ownership of what appeared to be a billing error, I was met with attitude and zero urgency. I eventually spoke with a manager named Jen, who assured me she would investigate the issue, correct the bill, and call me back. She never did. No follow-up. No resolution. As of today, the issue remains unresolved. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of and completely disregarded as a patient. I'll never do business with this brand again and I highly suggest you be very careful if you do."

"Prior to visiting Chiro One I was experiencing some serious back pain, but after a couple of visits I am feeling much better. Chiro One's doctors and staff are excellent. The atmosphere is fantastic and inviting. Overall Chiro One is a great place for physical therapy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better."

First off, she is very friendly, inviting and works with her patients to create a care plan that works for them. "I'm usually never one to leave reviews but the expertise and patient care I received at this facility was absolutely top notch. However, let me be clear the 5 stars in this review are strictly reserved for the staff at this particular office; Dr. Mariann, Amanda, and Khea (apologizes if this spelling is incorrect), not Chiro One as a company. For starters Dr. Mariann was always a very fair, compassionate, and extremely intelligent care provider. She not only ensured we were properly diagnosing and treating my concerns but went a step further as to take a genuine interest in my overall well being. I can confidently say the same is true for Khea and Amanda. When I showed up for my weekly appointments (often times a little drained from the day) their authenticity, kindness, and support always motivated me and lifted my spirits. For me, this specific Chiro One office wasn't just a treatment/rehab center, it was a community. A community of highly trained/knowledgeable professionals dedicated to their patients. That being said, today was my last day at this facility and I also found out it was Dr. Mariann's too. This was extremely disappointing news to me when I found out the reason for her departure was due to Chiro One's corporate officers deciding to relocate her. When I first started at this office a few months ago it was in a state of transition. Dr. Mariann, with the help of her amazing staff built this office from the ground up transforming it into flourishing facility from both a business and personal standpoint. The success of this office can be fully attributed to the 3 of them. Thus, I give 0 stars to Chiro One for this foolish decision, because I know that most of us in that office don't choose to keep continuing to go because of the reputation Chiro One carries, but rather the thriving community that Dr. Mariann, Amanda and Khea have worked so hard to establish and maintain there."

"It has been an overall pathetic experience- canceling my appointment and not interested in Chiro one services. Your staff needs a major training and upgrade. Have zero customer service skills, constantly miscommunicating, and over the line unprofessional."
