"I think Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor but whoever is in charge of the department's outreach and scheduling is lacking. An appointment for a procedure was never entered after my initial examination on December 4th and I had to reschedule at a month's loss in time. Dr. Lee said it was going to be for December 23rd but there was no record of it. Evidently there was a record of it at the main hospital but it was not entered at 38 6th avenue.Now after the procedure (nerve test ) was done on January 13th I am awaiting results but the only note I see on myconnections is that an injection procedure was scheduled and I see no information as to when and where this is to take place. Three times I've tried to contact someone in the last 3 days and no one has gotten back to me"
