"At first when I met I thought h was a bit short with his answers. As I vistes him again and explained the process I understood him. I knew I had a tare on my right rotator and he said let's 4 weeks of therapy and go from there. I walked out feeling bummed, but I went to therapy. Four weeks later I went to see him and my range got worst. I asked why did you send me therapy, when I'm in pain, he said the insurance companies reject a MRI, if we don't exhaust our options. There is where I understood him and it made sense. Insurance companies just want every bit of money from you. He sent me for an MRI and had a tear in my cuff, a bicep tear and my clavicle needed to get scraped. We went over my condition and was against surgery but he said at this point, we need to because you ally of things that need to get addressed. I said yes got the surgery on 8/6/25. Everyone told me you're in great hands and he will get you back to normal. I was nervous but felt safe with everything he explained. Want to point out his staff and all the nurses that were helping throughout, they were exceptional, amazing and courteous. To sum the review up, you just have to warm up to DE. Spak , he is a great doctor."
