Testimonials
"I've been waiting for 6 hours in the emergency room. Someone else has been waiting for 8 hours. That's ridiculous! I know it's based on urgency, but at what point do non-urgent patients get seen? This is beyond ridiculous -- waiting all day in an waiting room."
"We would like to thank the entire hospital team for everything you did for our daughter. Your quick response, professionalism, and kindness made a difficult moment much easier for our family. Our daughter was first admitted in January and remained under your care for three months, and throughout that time we felt supported every step of the way. She recovered thanks to your excellent and continuous care. A special thank-you to the pediatric department, Dr. David Roberts, and the infectious disease unit for your attentiveness, compassion, and outstanding level of care. We are truly grateful and will always remember your support."
"They made us wait an hour despite checking in, in advance. We even asked when the doctor would come in and got pushed off like it was nothing. We tried to reschedule and the nurse at the front desk said "I don't have time for this" and walked away, which then led me to walking out and leaving. Worst experience for a doctors visit ever!"
"This used to be a very good hospital quite some time ago. Now it's below average unfortunately. If you are planning to go to the emergency room there, unless you are literally deteriorating in front of them or dying, they will make you wait no matter how much pain you say you are in and no matter how empty the ER waiting room looks. Read the other reviews and be prepared mentally if you decide to go. Update: Gave it one more star since their non-emergency staff has proven to be very accommodating and pleasant to work with."
"The worst experience in my life. Having my child in their nicu was a nightmare I still can't wake up from. Not one doctor worked on my daughter my insurance was the main topic. The only people that worked on my daughter who was there for having seizures where untrained students. I have never seen a newborn treated so badly in my life. I have never been so racially profiled by hospital staff that was supposed to be trusted with my daughter's life. The things I witnessed in person and on camera is insane. The entire nicu needs to be investigated. So much experimenting going on with babies. Students laughed as they tortured my baby. Everything i left they where starting a new IV on my baby they even had multiple IV at the same time in each arm. I came and fed my baby and left for an hour my baby had a feeding tube in her nose. I was told no nicu would take my "public aid" please don't bring and black African American children here it's the worst place to be the entire staff is a nightmare."
"Went in for a urology surgery couldn't be more grateful for the excellent care from the check in team, to the anesthesia team, to Dr.Le and the wonderful nurses who took care of me before and after the surgery and throughout my stay. Thank you for the cleanliness of the entire place, delicious food and wonderful care I'm very grateful."
"Natalie RN and pct Amy are taking care of my Grandmother in neurology. Their temperament is perfect for the unique challenge. They are kind, patient, gentle and also knowledgeable. On top of that Natalie is able to keep the energy light. Fantastic team"
"Don't expect this place to help you. I went here for a psychiatry appointment, my doctor has been great. But ever time I try to call to make an appointment I'm not just out on hold. I'm redirected to have them call me back only to be put on hold again. They're ridiculous. On top of that I was scheduled for an in person visit with my doc, and then they didn't tell me until I got to the hospital that it was a virtual appointment."
