"Worst office staff ever especially The surgical coordinator Yasmin Mercado. If you decide to go with this doctor please be prepared for unanswered calls, emails and incorrect information being submitted. It's a shame because Dr Ehrlich is an amazing doctor but his front office staff is the worst. Please check your documents before submitting anything. They will put wrong body parts on your file and then lie about the fact they submitted everything."

"The staff are very unprofessional especially Yasmin they are rude, they like to hang up on patience and very lazy they don't like booking appointments. The staff make it very uncomfortable to want to be seen by a good surgeon, this office need better staff."
