"Most unprofessional lying staff. My mother was ready after surgery at 8:30am. Had to wait until 9am for the office to open to call for car service. Called 40 times and no one was in the office. Finally got someone close to 10am... telling us the called car service at 8:30 and because of midtown traffic it took a while. Balantly lying when the car service confirmed the office did not call until 10am which I when I was able to get through to them. Not only did the assistant arrive an hour late knowing she had a responsibility with surgery patients to work, she lied about the time she called the car service. My mom had to stand outside in the cold shivering after surgery thanks to these unprofessional assistants."

"I cant say enough good things about Dr Thomas Scilaris and his crew! The doctor is very organized i love that!! He will record little messages for himself with a recorder almost like footnotes on what he needs to do. He went into my knee for the second time today. Very caring doctor. He listens to you. He will work with you. Not cocky or arrogant like some doctors. He also has a wonderful sense of humor.Staff at Health East very professional & kind. Gentle with preparation im so scared of needles . My operation was on time. I had pick up and drop off service, You can't beat that! I left my home at 6 am I was home by 12 noon. They also made sure my medications was delivered to me. A huge weight off my shoulders after surgery. Staff in the Brooklyn trama center also polite & professional. Just have a little patience because that office is very busy however well worth it to have a fantastic othropedic surgeon like Dr Scilaris. I can't thank him enough."

"Dr. Scilaris and his assistant very caring and knowledgeable cares about their patients and they understand about their patients needs. No complaints. They were concern about my needs with my knee surgery also very helpful with my medications and anwer any questions I needed to know. Also their staff very friendly and helpful.
