"I tried to see Dr. Fafalak about my lower back pain. I was unaware that his office had no parking lot available for patients. I was 5 minutes late, but by the time I parked, walked over and checked in at the front desk and arrived at the right office, it was about 15 minutes past my appointment. Dr. Fafalak refused to see me. With the amount of pain I was in and the fact that I had to walk so far to get there, I found this behavior unacceptable from a medical professional. With the times Doctor's typically make patients wait, I don't see how 15 minutes was just too much for the doctor to handle. I except to be treated with respect from a doctor that is being paid to see me. I know I was late, but life happens unfortunately. Also, the office didn't validate parking, so I had to pay for the parking garage as well. I found this whole situation completely unacceptable."
