Testimonials
"I couldn't be more grateful to the entire staff of the Greenspring Station Pavillion 3 Ambulatory Surgery Center. To my nurse, Beth, and to Betsy, Jenny, Dr. Chet Wyman and Dr. Mark Lazarev and all the other wonderful people whose names I've forgotten. I was so fearful going into my procedure, and all of you took the time to offer kind words, answer the questions I had and even put your hands on my shoulder as the anesthesia was kicking in. Bless you all for being excellent at what you do, and for the CARE you provide to your patients."
"My father and I were here for the Cardiovascular clinic and were two minutes late to the front desk (yes, two minutes). The front desk said we were supposed to be here 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, and she was going to cancel our appointment and reschedule for a later date. Not only is this extremely unreasonable, but most places have a small grace period for lateness, especially for the elderly that have urgent medication needs. The appointment time should be the appointment time. In addition, my father has a service dog, and they told him not to bring her back for the next appointment. If these are the current policies, they should be changed to make them more flexible for patients. Providing care should be the top priority, not following overly strict policies."
"I didn't feel rushed in my orthopedic appointment but felt like I was passed off since my issue didn't fit in with their surgical scope."
"Had a rather personal ultrasound. They were on time, quick, and respectful. However, they did not have a sense of humor. When they inserted the thing, I said welcome to my vagina and no one laughed. Very disappointing."
"Our 4 year old has had 2 surgery's this summer. One at gmbc and one here. I cannot thank green spring station enough for how child friendly they are. David didn't panic one time thanks to the nurses and doctors. They have a room with toys a prize bin popcycles a car wagon instead of pulling them to surgery in the bed. I can't empress our gratitude for how well they treated David. Thank you"
"Came here for an audiology appointment with Dr. Walsh. From the front office staff, the other medical staff, and Dr. Walsh himself, I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say. Place is easy to find, plenty of parking, everyone was friendly, profesional, and kind. Highly reccomend."
"Exceptional performance at Johns Hopkins Pavilion lll at Green Spring Station in Lutherville-Timonium, Md. I went there for an upper Endoscopy and the staff just went above and beyond while I was there. I wanted to especially give a huge shoutout to Lauren George. She was my nurse there and she was probably the kindest, sweetest and most caring nurse that has ever "taken care" of me before. The building was extremely clean, etc. I mean, I was only there for a day and I can already tell that each and every day, every single person that works there, goes above and beyond to make sure each and every patient is well cared for, comfortable, etc. There were other nurses too and I would've put their names on here too, but I didn't know their names."
"The safe at the front desk could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. The doctor was excellent. Doctor Munio is treating me for a muscular skeletal disorder. This was our 1st meeting and I felt very glad that I had found him as a doctor. He seemed knowledgeable caring and did not rush me."
