"I had such an incredible experience with Ksenia at Lakeshore Physical Therapy! I went in for hip and knee pain while training for the Chicago marathon. Ksenia provided with a variety of exercises and shared proper form which allowed me to start feeling better after just a few sessions! Based on my diagnosis Ksenia also recommended dry needling which we did a few times leading up to the marathon and provided immediate relief. While I was extremely nervous about this Ksenia did a phenomenal job walking me through the entire process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire time. I would recommend Ksenia and Lakshroe PT to anyone in need of physical therapy!!"

"Lakeshore PT is a 10 out of 10. They were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I worked mostly with Kevin who was fantastic. I never thought I would be able to run again but they helped me reach my goals and more. They are the best."

"I showed up to Lakeshore PT in September of 2024 in a ton of pain, quickly losing my ability to comfortably live day to day life. After trying many modalities to decrease the lower back pain I was experiencing caused by a herniated disc, I was pointed in Julia Glick's direction and she quickly became the North Star in my recovery. She always took time to listen to me, adjusted the weekly appointment based on how I was feeling, and offered so much insight and intelligence. Her approach to physical therapy is unique and custom. While surgery did end up being in my cards, she quickly pivoted to help me prepare for the procedure, and then we were on a new road to recovery. Not only did she help me physically, but she also helped me regain the confidence to trust my body again. On top of helping me get back to living life, I'm now able to do physically challenging activities I love such as running, cycling, and lifting. Julia is sacred and must be protected at all costs, but I won't gate keep her. There's no way I'd be where I am today without her. Thank you x1000000"

"A friend of mine recommended Lakeshore Physical Therapy so I went in to get treatment for the pain in my left hip that just kept getting progressively worse. Kate M. was my PT and she was amazing! After just a few sessions, the pain started to diminish. You have to be consistent about doing the exercises though! I was relieved that we could resolve the problem and that it didn't involve something more intrusive like surgery. The booking/canceling of appointments is pretty easy too. If you are experiencing pain, go to them first!"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Fixed my hamstring issue that I had been dealing with for months. Online booking makes getting an appointment easy. Kevin was very knowledgeable and always had great energy."

"I can't say enough good things about Lakeshore PT. I've been a client for decades and have seen at least 8 different therapists following multiple joint replacement surgeries. Each therapist has been professional, insightful and compassionate. Sally Fansler, who owns Lakeshore, has the highest standards for the therapists she hires. You won't find this level of expertise at the big chain therapy centers. My latest therapist, Kate, recently identified the cause of a back problem I'd been living with for many months. I was doing stretches and exercises I'd done in the past, but was not seeing improvement. I really thought it might be chronic, but Kate identified my problem immediately (a crooked pelvis) and gave me some simple exercises to straighten it. I only had to see her once after that. Lakeshore is the gold standard for physical therapy. You don't have to live with pain."

"I worked with Dr. Kevin Hill, PT, for six months to prepare for and recover from, Hip Replacement Surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable and pushed me with a well planned and effective exercise program. Thanks to Kevin, my recovery included strength, flexibility, balance, and conditioning and got me back to my regular exercise routine after 3 months."

"I had low back pain that was making it difficult to walk. My daughter had a great experience at Lakeshore PT and recommended I call Julia at their office. Julia knows her business; she recommended specific exercises to correct the problem and accommodate my limited mobility. She was always on time, and she coordinated with my personal trainer about my progress. I am now pain free and have the tools I need to stay healthy. In addition, the office is well organized, there is great communication with my doctor and interface with the insurance company is seamless, thanks to Lauren. I felt their COVID safety measures were well thought out, so it was comfortable to be in the office for treatment."
