"Elevate Wellness works wonders! I was going regularly for about a year and saw significant progress. Sessions are not "crack and release" and that was exactly what I didn't know I needed. The Dr Msieh puts in the time with you to practice stretches and strengthening techniques (I still use these daily). He is realistic on approach and reasonable with treatment plans/timing, and he always looks out for you with cost goals, too. Insurance can be a pain but he is well versed in plans and copays. Not something I expected from the actual doc, but was so helpful. Being able to reply to the generated texts was also great for quick updates to scheduling. Finally, there is always a new something to try, from acupuncture, sound wave treatment, spinal decompression, massage, etc. Adjustment areas are semi-private, which was a huge perk for me, too. I unfortunately had to move so have not been back in a few months, but would recommend Elevate to anyone in the area who is looking for a chiropractic wellness plan with a trusted team!"

"Last couple of months I've been recovering from a pain flair-up in the neck, shoulder, jaw, and mouse and scrolling hand/wrist. I've changed the way I sit, move more and been seeing my new chiropractor who also has given me some PT to strengthen and stretch to avoid the muscles from locking up.
