Testimonials
"I can't recommend Dr. Brandon Feagan enough. He's truly helped me feel better physically, emotionally, and energetically. His approach to acupuncture is not only professional and precise, but also deeply compassionate. I always leave our sessions feeling more grounded, balanced, and supported in my healing journey. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows how to facilitate real healing, Dr. Feagan is the one."
"Dr. Steward really is one of the best. Complete trust in this chiropractor. I've been seeing him for the past year or so after dealing with some upper back issues that stemmed from a shoulder injury and he's helped alleviate a lot of this pain. Lori and Tia are both very helpful. If you're in the south loop or loop, I would definitely consider coming here. Also, recently tried a massage for the first time with Asia and it was very impressive and pain relieving. Everyone who works here is good at what they do, it's impressive."
"My doctors were informative but anything positive from the experience was ruined by the billing process. Prior to going here last year for multiple appointments, I called multiple times to confirm that my insurance (BCBS PPO) would cover appointments and was assured it would be covered. I initially was seeing a functional doctor, and per his suggestion, I also started seeing a nutritionist. None of those appointments were covered - even though I received the assurance that it would be. Without notice and over a year later, I had a balance that was being pursued by collections and they automatically charged my account - a debit card that I used to make a copayment. (After the money was out of my account, I realized that they did send an e-mail two days prior that my card would definitively be charged, but it went to my spam and again, as it has been over a year, I wasn't particularly looking for it). I see others leaving reviews that share my sentiments and to quote Gino M. "The fact that I have to wait to find out the full extent of my financial obligation after almost a year is unacceptable." In hindsight, the whole practice feels exploitative. They pushed additional, expensive tests and appointments on me that luckily I didn't fall prey too. Each appointment would end with the doctors themselves scheduling the next one. When I stopped going, they made it very hard for me to straight up cancel my appointments and urged rescheduling. I would get calls to rebook appointments after it had been months of not going and urging ongoing treatment. It feels like overall, patients are being used as cash cows rather than being treated with the best interest in mind - although, they'd like you to believe otherwise - after multiple times having stated that it's actually traditional doctors and hospitals that don't care for you like they do. Save your time and money and get help elsewhere"
"Do not use their services. While I loved Dr. Steward, Tia, and Asia's work, their billing department is absolutely deplorable. I called multiple times asking for billing updates and requesting information about my balance noting responses of "We will send an update if there are balances or invoices." Great! Until I received a bill for $637 in an email noting the following about my account "Recently, our billing team conducted an audit of patient accounts. Your account was discovered to have a patient balance which you may not have been made previously aware of. We recognize that this balance may stem from treatment dates that occurred many months or years in the past and we sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving this information." Are you all serious? I paid the balance because I didn't want to dialogue with these incompetent ingrates every few weeks as a result of breaking this payment up via a payment plan. As a provider myself, I bill daily to avoid financially burdening my clients like this. Their billing practices and customer service are absolutely despicable."
"HIGHLY Recommend!! I began treatment here in January after a car accident. I had already received treatment elsewhere and was not seeing much improvement. From the first appointment, I was treated holistically and actually heard. I started seeing improvements right away. I really enjoyed the care they provided and the respect for my time. I was also given detailed instructions on how to keep improving at home! My neck pain and back pain was so bad that I was taking ibuprofen almost daily, I also was struggling with daily activities. After two courses of treatment, I'm feeling wonderful! I'm back to not taking medicine, working out 3 to 4 times a week and I've started acupuncture with them! The acupuncture is so wonderful that I'm mad that I just discovered it! I have never felt stress relief and neck pain relief like I have with this treatment! Check them out! You won't regret it."
"Dr. Steward, Tia and Lori were all super kind and friendly. Massage therapist Paul was very skillful and his massage was enjoying (but now he seemed left). I had a very nice time with Aligned Mordern Health experiencing chiropractic, physical training and massage all in one. Thanks!"
"Doctor was ok. I was supposed to get bloodwork done but scheduling never followed up with me after I emailed them if it could be rescheduled. I forgot about it and I get a bill about two days ago saying my visit was covered. I also got a bill same day from my insurance saying I have a second insurance, so I think my old insurance got used and It just needed to be straightened out. I got a call today because I was supposed to have a follow up visit. I said hey I just got a bill and until I can call insurance let's cancel for now considering (especially since it can take a week or so to get fixed with insurance). And instead of giving me a chance to call insurance, they immediately charge my card on file. I'm ok with not returning to this place after that. What doctors office does that? Not a doctor who actually cares."
"This was my first experience visiting a chiropractor/physical therapy. I had nothing short of an amazing experience getting back to a comfortable spot health wise. The team is extremely attentive to your personal schedule, physical needs, and short and long term goals. I would recommend them 10/10 times!"
