"Terrific doctors! And I wish I could stay with the practice for my future knee replacement but the billing department has been a nightmare. No pre certification was submitted on time and my insurance refused to pay. Despite all my efforts to solve the issue with the billing department and my insurance I still have a bill with them which I shouldn't have had if the pre authorization was done in time. The administrative follow up is bad."

"I don't normally write reviews, however, I felt the need to give my advice. Always get a second opinion when it comes to a procedure or operation. The Dr I saw here was very nice and I don't think he had ill intentions but he seemed very eager to do a procedure that, in the end, was not necessary for me. He did not show me my follow up x ray images and explained my fracture was not healed. I went to get a second opinion at Yale and the Dr showed me my x ray and my fracture was indeed healed, no procedure needed. So just be an advocate for yourself and trust your gut."

"Every doctor I've ever seen here is amazing! The administrative support staff, on the other hand, is another story! First, you'd think that if the office is closed due to a snow storm maybe you'd get a phone call? Nope! Then when YOU have to take it upon yourself to call THEM to reschedule, maybe they'd know who it is youre scheduling with? Nope! Instead you get a scheduler who says "well, I cant guess who it is youre scheduling with"! Really? Even though you have my file right in front of you, with my name, DOB, address? Just terrible! They need a support supervisor to clean this place up!"
