"I've been using Active Life Lutherville from February 2025-December 2025. I had a left knee replacement in May, 2025. I had pre-therapy to strengthen the left knee and post surgery therapy. The therapists at Active Life were wonderful. My primary therapist was Chris and when he's not available, Sarah worked with me. The whole group of therapists, and techs were great. Caring, helpful and always available to answer questions. If needed in the future, I will definitely use Active Life, Lutherville."

He was very patient when I didn't quite understand one of the exercises. The facility is very accommodating and everyone seems so friendly. "My experience with Active Life-Lutherville was fantastic from beginning to end! I was referred for physical therapy because of a Sciatica attack, in July, 2025. At that time I was in some pain and had difficulty walking normally, with balance issues, and with limping from my right leg. After several weeks of guided exercise led by my fantastically professional and funny trainer, Chris, I was released from the program with no pain and with a strengthen core and lower body -- improvements which enabled me to walk without difficulty, except for a slight limp, which is also gradually fading. The entire staff with whom I likewise worked were so welcoming and skilled. I will never forget Sarah, a second trainer, and support staff, Suki, Ahmed, David, and others. All were just first-rate -- patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, all the way! I felt so lucky to have had my recovery training with them."

"After having a full knee replacement, I had zero apprehension utilizing Active Like and therapist John Nietubicz as he had taken care of my wife 2 knee replacement recoveries. John and the entire staff were great! Very welcoming and showed great care for my needs. Even when John was off for vacation, Sarah Robbins stepped in without missing a beat. "I had rotator surgery at (69), a week before Christmas last year (2026), my doc gave me exercises to do after surgery, I was scheduled for therapy 3 weeks after surgery, I was given 10 sessions by my doc for therapy. I was tag teamed by John Nietubics and his sidekick Sydney Brown, Sydney was doing her 8 weeks of onsite training while in college. Between them, they worked me over pretty darn good. They got me to full motion, along with strength training. I would recommend John to anyone needing the attention to be as active as you were before you did stupid and hurt yourself. "My name is Ken Volk and I am a repeat client with Active Life Physical Therapy at the Lutherville office. Previously I have been seen for a nerve root compression in my neck, back and knee pain. My current issue was pain shooting down the outer aspect of my left hip. A physician who specializes in chronic pain recommended physical therapy. As with prior problems I was given a set of exercises by my physical therapist John Nietubicz . After a month of physical therapy I have gone from excruciating pain in the morning to no discomfort to speak of at all. The staff there has been wonderful and I appreciate their expertise. I'm very active and I'm sure something will flare up in the future. When it does I will be back at the Lutherville office."
