"Great orthopedic Dr. I ever met. I just love em'"

"As a doctor he is excellent. He repaired both shoulders and my knee. When I walked into the hospital on 9/11 he was the doctor in the emergency room who took care of me I've been with him since 2001. I've been calling the office for two days and get no answer. He needs people who are patient friendly and professional. Knowing your job is one thing but making the patient comfortable and showing that care is another thing. Love Dr. Baum. Not all of the staff is rude."

"This is a review for the Marine Park/Ave R location. The appointment time you get does not matter at all. My appointment was at 10am today. I've been waiting for 3 hours and still counting. I asked the receptionist when it will be my turn and if they can take me in soon because i have another appointment to go to. This isn't my first time waiting this long. They said it is their policy to take in patients who are in critical conditions first. I understand that they need urgent care but what about other patients? What's the point of having us come in for our appointment if we are to wait 3+hours? They also told me I can reschedule and give me a card hat says "No Wait." Thanks, but no thanks. I can't afford to take another day off just to see them for 10min. They ALSO said there's one provider working at the moment. Thanks for letting me know. Maybe don't overbook and have people wait half their day to see the doctor. Save your time. Go somewhere else."
