"I stopped in to try the new Neveskin cryo treatment on my legs. I was honestly surprised that my legs actually measured smaller right after, and they felt way firmer. The whole place is brand new and totally upgraded. It used to be outdated, but the new owners have turned it into something that feels like a fancy hotel spa. Super relaxing atmosphere and great service. They're still getting a few things set up before their big grand opening, but I'm already impressed!"

"Update: I heard a reply from this company, and I don't like to leave negative reviews when I haven't actually had the chance to visit. Changing my review from 1 star to 4 for now, given the other high reviews. Not sure if I'll get a chance to actually visit after all that, but will update again if I do. I may just delete the review in future. Original review: I really hesitated about leaving a negative review about a place I haven't been able to experience, but the amount of effort I put into trying to contact this place is a little ridiculous. I see from another recent review that someone else also had trouble reaching them. The company responded that the reviewer should go to their website. The website (both the old one and the new one) do not go anywhere. The cryomaryland website says the server cannot be found. The infinity wellness domain is available for sale. The phone number leads you to a message saying the company is under new ownership and to press 3 for the new extension. When you press 3, the message says there is no one at that extension. I finally went in person when Google says they are open, and the doors are padlocked with paper on the windows. I'm guessing they closed? If anyone from the company knows it would be great to update the Google service. It's a shame because it seems like it has great reviews before!"

"I've tried calling your facility 3 different ways. From Touch Free, Cryo MD, and this profile. Whenever I select 3 it says to be redirected the AI states that the Extn is invalid. Do you offer localized cryo at this location?"

"I have wished for cryotherapy ever since I saw it advertised during a trip to Las Vegas. Michael's healthy cryo chamber has fulfilled my dreams! I feel so invigorated and strong after each treatment. Sometimes Michael reminds me to smile, but mostly he doesn't need to. I come out of there grinning! I am reducing my overall inflammation, and could not be happier. Just wish I could spare the time to go more often! I was guidend carefully through the process from my first visit, and appreciate the personal greeting and guidance every visit. Welcoming, comfy environment. Try it !"

"I went in November to enjoy an infrared and compress therapy, and was seriously impressed by the quality and hygiene of the brand new machines and facility. The towels were white and thick and looked like they were just bought. It was a very private and cosy evening, definitely worth the fare. Michael the owner went above and beyond to help me feel relaxed and safe, and brief me over each machine. I cannot recommend enough this place and felt my blood circulation was a lot better after this session."
