"Jeremy is so good at his job that I had to hunt him down when my "next" need for PT arose! He is conscientious, talented as a Doctor of PT, and literally saved my arms and hands to do puppetry work that I would have otherwise lost! I cannot yet move as desired some 8 years later. Jeremy knew that the issue was my cervical spine, not my arms this time. He immediately set me up with a professional who could better evaluate my situation. We had to pause our work for a time because I will likely need a surgery to change the pain in the arms, back, and hands. Then I will do PT again. "Everyone is very friendly and the Surgery team were AWESOME! This has been the best medical experience I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone. My surgery was done by Dr. Zooker, I did not meet him until the day of surgery, that was a little uncomfortable and off putting but he did a fabulous job explaining everything to me. He allowed time for any questions but he was so detailed with his explanation of the procedure I didn't have any questions. My first consultation was done by Dr. Heller, he was very detailed with what he thought would happen ( he was correct). He spoke very highly of Dr. Zooker and Dr. Zookers assistant and that was refreshing. Dr. Zookers assistant was AWESOME AND PATIENT! She explained everything and made sure I was prepared. The scheduling team is unmatched! They respond and when I had problems scheduling additional test Ortho scheduled assisted and called and got the on track. Even the front desk staff have been Awesome."
