"November 5th: Workers' Compensation Lumbar Fusion I strongly disagree with the negative reviews regarding Dr. Ashraf's alleged focus on workers' compensation, financial gain, and disregard for physical ailments. It is illogical for a surgeon to gain financially by denying surgery; in fact, it is the opposite outcome that one should desire. Period. I was referred by the workers' compensation insurance to Comprehensive Spine Care for an independent evaluation with Dr. Lester.
