Testimonials
"I saw Dr. Pompo in November of 2024 for concerns re: my hip replacement hardware. (He did not perform the original surgery). He referred me for an MRI, which revealed debris and bone loss near the implant. When I went for my follow up to discuss my MRI results, he said "was unsure if it was significant" and felt that following up with his associate, who had recommended steroid injections, was part of the solution. I disagreed and got a second and third opinion, both of whom agreed that I needed a complete hip revision surgery due to a breakdown of my implant which had been RECALLED. Apparently, the manufacturer has gone bankrupt from all the lawsuits. Seems to be an orthopedic office would have been informed and sensitive to that information and that it would have been factored into my treatment. Overall, a very frustrating and negative experience."
"I can say nothing regarding the physicians as I had such an unprofessional experience with the front staff while trying to make an appt. that I ended up telling them they live up to their negative google reviews and hung up. Prior to that - when I was still hopeful, the woman who answered my call put me on hold for almost 10 min without waiting for a response. While gathering info, she had to ask me to repeat nearly every answer due to her loud coworkers having an obviously personal conversation that I could hear clear as a bell. When I asked if her coworkers could take it down a notch so she could hear me, she stankily told me that 'this is an office and there are going to be conversations'. Enough said - not the place for me. Lastly, they spell HIPAA incorrectly on their website so that says to me the unprofessionalism starts from top down. Do better."
"Dr. Betz was amazing. He explained everything to me. I had a torn Rotator Cuff and a Torn Bicep. However the receptionist need to be more professional, Made me feel like I was bothering them. I think they should be trained on how to be professional, polite and respectful."
