"Women at the front desk need serious attitude adjustments. Medical assistants are rushed. Billing dept is a nightmare trying to get things straightened out. ALWAYS CHECK that they charge you the correct co-pay cuz you're not getting any overpayments back. Be prepared to WAIT for at least an hour. They open at 830am. My appointment was at 915am. FINALLY get called into an exam room. The dr didnt walk into the exam room until after 10am."

"They tell you in MyChart messages that you need X-rays and to come 30 minutes early. When you get there they tell you you don't and that the message was automated. Except the message was from Deporscha and there's no way it was automated unless the system can't spell. Then when you're there 30 minutes early, they make you wait that 30 minutes instead of trying to squeeze you in earlier since they made a mistake and then call you back almost 20 minutes past your appointment slot - so 50 minutes waiting because they can't get their act together. Maybe the other offices are better. The doctors themselves are fine once you get to see them."
