Catherine Cerny

"The physical therapists are very thorough, and their treatments are comprehensive. They listen to your questions and concerns and are always kind and helpful. I have had great experiences at IBJI physical therapy and highly recommend them."

Michael Scatena

"Very professional physical therapist and very astute to my needs following my doctors orders as well"

Elaine Marcus

"In the middle of my second rehab for knee replacement at the Buffalo Grove IBJI. My therapists are Chris and Lisa. I can't say enough good things about both of them. They are highly skilled and able to customize my treatment plan to accommodate other physical limitations, modifying various exercises so that they're comfortable for me. I'm always seen on time. Appointments are easy to make. The facility is clean. Patient privacy is respected. Definitely, 100%, recommend this PT facility."

Sue Lucas

"The staff & facility were awesome!!!. Bridgett, Lauren, Andrew all the interns & front desk always with a hello & smile. From my 1st visit until my last, I always felt welcome & cared for. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone looking to be well cared for."

Lynn Baldoni

"The evaluation team was great. The follow up was not the greatest. She massaged the kneecap instead of the tight thigh muscles. I ended up with a sore knee cap that night when I didn't begin with one. She also did the messaging while most of her time was spent typing on the computer. No my best experience there."

Deb M

"I am thrilled with Nicole as my therapist. She is very friendly and listens to me and what is going on and works with me based on what I tell her. I highly recommend her. Also the people at the front desk are very friendly as well."

Rachel Brachman

"Actually 4 1/2 I adore my therapists and think that they are very knowledgeable and capable. I do object to the scheduling. The appointment is for 1 hour and the therapist spends approximately 40 minutes with the patient. The remaining 20 minutes are taken over by other therapists in training or just working there. I don't know if they are students or therapists in training. They help you through the repetitive exercises. I have spoken to a friend that used North Shore rehab and the therapist stayed with the patient for the entire time. Just a point to bring out. It may not matter."
