"I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the Columbia office. Checking in at the kiosk, waiting only a couple minutes before getting called back to the room, going straight to get X-rays (in office), back the the room, and then 2 minutes later the doctor comes in. Amazing! Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Silverstein was great. My friend recommended him to me for my knee injury, and he took time to answer all my questions in a relaxed but knowledgeable way. I left the office with peace of mind about my knee, a treatment plan, and a follow up appointment scheduled. Dr. Silverstein and this office topped any expectations I had. "That's what's one of the easiest smoothest processes that I have been through when going to a medical appointment. I woke up with unanticipated knee pain and dysfunction and I was able to get in to see somebody within 3 hours of the onset. They gave me direct, concise answers to my questions, a very clear treatment plan, and opportunity to schedule a follow up. 3 hours before I had no idea what was going on and I was very concerned and scared about what might be happening to my knee and how it might affect my hectic schedule as a nurse and a nurse practitioner student.
