"Everybody here is wonderful. They have an employee here named Rachel. She is an impeccably precious innocent angel who never does anything wrong. Then they have another employee Natalie. She is also an impeccably precious innocent angel who never does anything wrong. They also have an employee Tatyana, who is also an impeccably precious innocent angel who never does anything wrong. Tiara is the same. But finally, most of all, there is this extraordinary employee by the name of Shae. Shae can do no wrong. Her niceness is stunning. Her smile eminates warm, subtle sunshine. Her customers melt in her presence. The only thing that comes out of the way she performs her job is flawless excellence. I believe many clients choose this establishment just to enjoy her presence. I guarantee you will be spoiled rotten by these wonderful and splendiferous employees the first time you come here. I wish I could give them ten stars!"

"I am a new client and have only attended two sessions, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The woman at the front desk is consistently unprofessional, rude, and has a negative attitude. After checking, I noticed that other reviews have mentioned her as well. I should have read them before coming here. Because of this treatment, I wasn't even able to schedule a permanent therapy plan or an MRI appointment. As patients, we are here to heal and recover, not to deal with unnecessary disrespect and attitude. The facility itself also feels unclean and poorly maintained. Each time I left, I felt uncomfortable and like I needed to scrub down just to feel clean again. I would never recommend this place. Many of the "positive" reviews seem like they are from staff rather than actual patients. I would not send even a pet here, let alone a person who needs care. When my time came to be discharged it was bitter sweet as I knew I would be leaving such an amazing staff at this location.
