"Great surgery, horrific financial hassle for follow-up. Extra fee to pay your copay with a credit card. Parking is $7 - $14. 8 weeks of physical therapy? You're paying well over $100 for parking. No, the office doesn't validate parking. Very confusing billing. I always paid whatever they billed and somehow ended up with a credit of a random amount, then another random amount outstanding - even though I pay $40 flat for each visit. Spent a while on the phone with billing, which was exactly how I wanted to spend my afternoon. Surgery itself was good, and I had one really great nurse who saw how anxious I was and made sure to comfort me - but the waiting room was absolutely horrific. The staff were so unprofessional, gabbing about the Shein outfits they bought to go out to the club, then being EXTREMELY rude on the phone and trying to bully a care coordinator into rescheduling a patient (after he took the time off work) so the anesthesiologist wouldn't have to come in an extra day, and then afterwards loudly talking trash about the coordinator for actually advocating for the patient. It's a small dingy room, so you're right next to them, slowly panicking and worrying you're about to get a painful and invasive surgery done by such brash and negligent staff. I ultimately got good care but this office (like every doctor's office it seems...) is frustrating to deal with administratively. And metropolis parking got a stupid amount of money from me."

"Excellent experience with centers for advanced ortho and their PT department. I have made significant progress , Dr. Figueroa is exceptional . My physical therapists Easton and Emily have tailored sessions that are effective without being overwhelming. Recommend them without reservation."

"Medical and therapy personnel are highly qualified and communicate well. Dr. Raffo has great knowledge and insight into treatment options and likely efficacy. The therapy staff is also highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable; they have 3 therapists with masters degrees and one with even higher levels of education. I have long highly recommended the Centers to anyone who tells me about muscular-skeletal conditions. I am going through my third round with them - midsection, legs and now shoulders and I could not be happier. And no surgeries yet. Except if I stopped needing them."

"Not pleased at all with this office. I saw a PA here. His name is Brian. When he told me that he couldn't do anything without Dr. Gardiner's approval, I asked him very politely but a little bit upset and said why can't you write me an MRI from what I've told you is wrong with me and or why can't you get me some pain meds he stops me and tells me that he is Being very respectful and that I should give him the same respect, I was deeply offended because I felt as if because I'm a woman he didn't allow me to have my feelings . My feelings were my feelings, however I still was being respectful to him, though he was half my age. I still called him, sir. Basically someone should've told me when I called that they wouldn't be able to do anything for me because he wasn't my PA and or didn't have any information on me from Dr. Gardiner so that I wouldn't have wasted my time going there. When I was sudden done, they agreed to give me a prescription. And an order for an And an order for a MRI . They forgot to send the prescription to my Pharmacy on a Friday for pain meds. I got an email stating they gave me the wrong MRI order. They said they were sending me by email a corrected one. That one was not right either. And the last thing I thought that was a little strange was that he never introduced me the young lady that was with him and sat down on the chair and basically just looked at me the whole time. She didn't seem to be a part of the equation at all."

"I was very concerned about my shoulder injury and had resigned myself that I needed surgery. On the recommendation of my doctor and began PT. Over the last couple of weeks, I really notice the difference and Easton is the ABSOLUTE BEST- I can't praise him and my experience enough!!!"

Sean Herdman

"They got me in same day for a herniated disc issue. Easy appointment, xray in the office, quick diagnosis and Rx prescribed. The center has taken care of me and my athlete kids for numerous serious issues (ankle, knee, hips, back). Strong recommend"

Spencer Bruttig

"Just completed my 4.5 month tour of duty coming back from an achilles rupture. I worked with Colleen and Will for most of it and they are amazing. The whole office is great...I highly recommend it. Colleen and Easton both root for NFL teams that are terrible, so make sure to make fun of them whenever you can."

Carleen Velez

"Excellent service. Dr. Christoforetti and PA Brian Long were an amazing team. So glad we found them."
