"Had fallen on my shoulder which is why I was there. Kept me waiting 50mins(that did include getting an xray that took all of 10 mins). Never apologized. Xray showed bone spurs and inflammation.Had me raise my arm up to see if it hurt.but explained NOTHING to me. Said a shot of cortisone might help. Come back in a month if it didnt work.Didn't say to add heat or ice or try physical therapy or what next step would be if i did have to come back in a month. I was just another number to him.He showed absolutely NO empathy. I would never ever go back to him!"
