"The worst place ever!!! I wish I looked at the reviews before accepting my initial apt.A few days before my apt , my knees started to feel like it was coming out.i work with autistic kids so i needed to fix the issue asap, this was the only place that had an apt the next day. I told them I wanted to see a surgeon not a PA. And they said they only had an apt with the PA. If not I had to wait a month and a half ,obviously with my situation I couldn't wait , my knee was shifting every movement. So I took that apt , my apt was December 3rd. I see the PA. She puts me on a brace and sends me to get an MRI done , and we wait . MRI comes back with a few issues including patella Alta. She looked at the MRI and says to me , Your knee is really bad, you need knee replacement. I started to asked questions, she looked a little lost , she excuses herself and said she was goin to see if the knee surgeon can look at my report and give an opinion. Well she comes back with a completely different approach. Now she says I need to do PT that I just have arthritis. ( forgot to mention) that second visit she offered me a cortisone shot , I refuse the shot because at the time I had no pain, I actually went there because my knee was coming out of place every time I walked or turn. I was told to keep using the brace and do PT for 4 more weeks , now this is December 12 when I went for my MRI results , 4 weeks of PT but Schedule me to go back December 31st.I end up going on the 29 because the 31st was impossible. Anyways she had kept me out of work because my job did not allowed me to work with that brace on , After that appointment she send me for 2 more weeks of PT, and in the mean time see the surgeon because she felt like maybe he can give a different approach,to the surgeon is in the same group. I make an apt with the surgeon! The worst of the worst, he comes in and starts navigating his phone looking up and down , questioning why I was send to him, he could not find a note or anything from Samantha that she referred me to him . He asked me questions and when i answered he was like , samantha(PA) didn't txt me saying you were coming , and kept looking at his phone, He didn't review the MRI but he he says u have bad arthritis, I mention the patella and how is coming out , he says no u have arthritis you are fine , take the brace off and go back to work . Keep doing PT and if u don't feel better come back . I don't want to forget her secretary Carmen, very incompetent, she deals with the paperwork for work, i waited 2 weekend like they said to get my stuff back and when I called and email because I didn't hear from her and my job needed the paperwork before the Christmas break I get a late email Saying she never saw the email and she was away and will fill out when she came back. Another person there helped me . I believe her name was sherry . But Carmen not a good person to deal with . Anyways it is February 23 and a week after I left them I made an apt with another place, after listing to me and my problem , Dr Duccey took his time to try to fixed the problem. He gave me an injection and after 4 days I went to see him because it did not work , he then send me to do a CT scan of my knee Confirming the patella issue and how my knee cap comes at of place at certain angle. I will Be going into surgery this month to get the issue fixed."

"After over a year of going to doctor after doctor, having several MRI's, x-rays and months of physical therapy, I finally found THE place! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. From the front office staff to the doctors and the assistants, Englewood Orthopedic Associates provided the best care I've ever had as a first time patient. Dr Jonathan Lee is a top notch spine surgeon. He performed a left side lumbar hemilaminectomy the day after Christmas. He is kind, patient, he listens and explains in detail what is going on. In addition the the staff in Englewood Cliffs, the staff at Englewood Hospital are just as fantastic. Thank you Rachel, Lisa, Shawn, Dr. Levine, Bob & Sam. If I forgot anyone, I apologize. Thank you all for everything!"

"Male PA does not have good bedside manners, walked in with a female (I don't know for what reason) After he did not know what else to say or dx my son w/ there was an awkward silence in the room, and the female was staring my son down. My son is (tall, big built, Hispanic with big hair) unfortunately he went there alone that day and I wasn't able to stare at her, but then again they would've never done that if I would've been there. Ridiculous this is happening SMH"
