"In February 24. The two receptionists whose were working that day mocked my accent and pronunciation. They don't even speak Spanish well and they just laughed at me . Even though they were Latinas like me, they charged me $15, because a evaluation from the physiotherapist, who was just reading my medical report, it wasn't a evaluation at all, and then they tried to charge me $25 without any explanation. I got upset and canceled my appointment, which was convenient for them because they claimed No-Show. How places like that have those kind of employees who should know that in NYC, Ny the vast amount of people everyone has accent."
