"I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in the right hip and it was excruciatingly painful. My doctor recommended physical therapy. At the time, I thought this was an unusual treatment plan but followed up on his advice. One of my fencing friends who had been treated by Dr. Jane Kruszewski highly recommended her. I followed up on this recommendation because I wanted to be able to fence as long as my body held up. Dr. Kruszewski did an initial evaluation of my condition and we set out on a treatment plan that proved very successful. Her focus was on strengthening and stretching my muscles which loosened the muscles around the hip joint. In addition to our once a week/two weeks sessions, she also recommended ways that I could enhance my exercise activities at the gym and at home. I have completed my sessions with her and am pain free! To ensure that I continue to progress, she recommended that I get in touch with a personal trainer to ensure that my progress continues. Dr. Kruszewski is an absolute professional in which she does. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a highly competent physical therapist. She is a "perfect 10" in my book!"

"I've received excellent care from Dr. Tim Vidale and the Momentous team. I suffered a shoulder injury about a year ago training for a Powerlifting competition. But, instead of seeing about the injury I competed in the competition then continued to lift and even train for another competition while my shoulder continued to fail. By the time I had the sense to seek help my shoulder and arm had basically stopped working and I had intense vertigo for days at a time. Not only did Dr. Tim immediately diagnose the issues my first treatment gave me immense relief. He explained everything that was going on with my shoulder and the nerve endings that were irritated and causing numbness down my arm. He put together a treatment plan and I was back to working out in four weeks and lifting weights in six! My goal is to get back into competition shape.
