I am a runner and wasn't able to run for 10 years and went to Dr. Siddiqui and he gave me PRP injections in the tendons and after a few months of healing I was able to run 10 miles almost daily. I am about to get more PRP injections because the issue has arisen again due to overuse and me not doing the proper strengthening exercises I need to do to keep those tendons and joints stable and strong.
