Testimonials
"JC, Regina, and their top-notch team are extremely professional, timely, and friendly. My wife had a total reverse shoulder replacement on October 14, 2025. Her assessment with JC was on November 20th she has made so much progress in such a short period. Their massages and stretches have helped Bernee resume most of her daily activities with ease. Many thanks to all for your professional, efficient, and above all timely service."
"The staff are all very attentive and professional. They assisted me with pre-op and post op exercises that led to a relatively pain free knee replacement. Everyone took the time to get to know me and my activity level."
"JC is easy to communicate. He listens to your needs any addresses your needs he doesn't push you too far but he does push you to get progress. I would recommend him highly. I've been using the practice often on for 30 years."
"After a lifetime of sports- related abuse, I finally got both of my knees fully replaced. Josh and Spine & Sport came highly recommended for post surgical rehab. After conducting a thorough evaluation, he recommended a course of treatment to get me back to enjoying the things I like to do. He and his encouraging assistant Cindy would work me out twice a week and after several weeks I was able to start back at the gym to continue my rehab. Josh and the staff at S&S are top notch - professional, personable and caring. I highly recommend Spine & Sport! (A photo of me shredding the slopes at Winter Park 7 month post op - thanks guys)"
"Spine and Sports Rehab has truly helped me to live an active and pain free life. Josh Renzi is a wealth of knowledge, is easy to talk to, and provides easy and straight forward home programming. Josh was also very willing to communicate with my other providers, so that I had a team who was all on the same page and working together. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I have been so pleased with the care I have received from Spine and Sports Rehab, and I would not hesitate to return for care in the future. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family."
"The folks at Spine and Sports are amazing - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and just all around great people. They really know their stuff. I found the front staff to be very responsive, always on top of insurance, billing, scheduling, and reminder emails for appointments. The techs were lovely, keeping me on task and making sure I felt comfortable. I loved my PT, Cheryl. With her help I went from constant back pain to pain-free! I really can't recommend this practice enough, I've already encouraged multiple friends to make appointments."
"Both Josh and JC were terrific in helping me recover from recent shoulder surgery. I have been to other several PT practices in the past, and felt like I was at a PT factory. The therapists at other practices work on up to 3 people at a time, give each patients 10 minutes or so of hands on work, then send you to do work on various machines without any supervision. Not so at Spine and Sports. JC and Josh work with you for more than half of your appointment, and when they have you do your workout on machines or floor exercises, they monitor you and supervise. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do my first call with be to Spine and Sports Rehab."
"After 3+ years, 3 physical therapists and at least 4 orthopedists, I had just about given up hope that someone knew how to relieve the pain in my hips due to torn tendons when a friend referred me to this facility. Do not hesitate to consult with the professionals at Spine and Sports Rehabilitation Center if you want to feel better, move better, and improve your quality of life. After only 2 weeks of PT there, I had about 30% less pain, and though it took a while, I now have hips that are pain free. Why are they different? One, the evaluation is thorough. Two, the PT LISTENS to how you feel; elicits your comments about how you are functioning and gives very good feedback about how you are progressing. Three, there is ongoing assessment of your situation and progress. I felt encouraged not criticized. Four, I was taught how to exercise and move after I left PT. Five, there is excellent access to the therapist. All questions are welcome and I was not made to feel as if I were not doing a good job. Six, if something wasn't working for me, the therapist just tried something else. If the treatment wasn't as effective, as expected, I was referred back to my orthopedist for a review. And, if a consult was needed with a physician, the therapist was more than willing to do it. My therapist even consulted with the gym I was attending to make sure the exercises there were going to be helpful for my condition. I have sent several friends to this Center and they have been happy with their treatment there as well. The therapist who has treated me (as is one other who helped me) was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, thoroughly competent , flexible, and talented. The facility is clean and organized, and the wait time is almost nil. I have also dealt with other staff, such as receptionist, PT assistant and billing office. On all levels, everyone was been friendly and helpful. Be kind to yourself and give this facility a try."
