"Coming to physical therapy in my own neighborhood in Far Rockaway is a convenient way to strengthen my body as well as my mind. It has given me more confidence about taking care of myself. "I had PT a few times due to "tennis elbow" this P therapist is very thorough, he asked about my diagnosis (I am medically complex, numerous diagnosis, torn tendons in hips, torn tendons in elbow, I recently received my report for an MRI of my right shoulder and have torn tendons there as well as subluxations of my right shoulder and tail bone per MRI reports) this PT told me physical therapy might be an issue for me but to try it. He was right. I tried it for a couple months and life happened, he and his staff are so kind. I miss them and just wanted to let him know that I was recently diagnosed with hEDS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. The orthopedic I currently see diagnosed me with this. I want to thank this physical therapist for being thorough and listening to his patients especially diagnosis, and how much pain we are in. He never over did therapy with me.
