"From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was receiving a call regarding checking in for a 3pm appointment at 215pm. From the get go, the ladies were rude, rolling eyes, and talking about things they shouldn't have been. Patient care and compassion was missing from this whole atmosphere. The provider was sitting with the front desk staff rolling her eyes, and showing an attitude I have never seen. Working in healthcare, you don't know what patients are going through and should atleast be friendly or smile. They continued to be abrupt and rude because the referral did not have their name listed, which I found very strange. The appointment has been scheduled for weeks and when making the appointment, it was informed a name does not need to be listed to be seen. PPO plans usually can be seen anywhere, but this office had their own agenda. My advice to this office, show your patients care and have respect along with decency. As a healthcare worker, I felt very disrespected and disappointed in the service you have shown!!! Do better!!!!"

"Hands down the best Pain Management Facility around what make this place stand out the most is the Doctor .......Dr Brandi Senior is the best she knows absolutely everything about the human Skeleton....I kindly give my wonderful Doctor. Five star rating.....Well I had to do a little adjustment to my five star rating.....Let's start off by saying I have had a foot wound that went two while years without healing..Well it got so bad I had to ADMITTED to SAINT MARYS HOSPITAL for two weeks to have surgery on my wound that went septic well while I was in the hospital they were controlling my pain with oxycodone and IV Morphine keep in mind I'm in the hospital now they couldn't just let me lay there in excruciating pain at times my pain score was a 8 it was that bad. Well a couple weeks later after being discharged from the hospital I went to my pain management appointment with Aka Dr Brandi Senior don't let the fake smile fool you she's the rudiest doctor ever so stay away at all cost ....I explained in detail that I had surgery that was really important and they gave me pain control while I was admitted in the hospital and she discharged me from the practice just like that no warnings or three strikes your out gone just like that she lefted me with no pain medicine and I just had foot surgery and told me to find another doctor...I can't even see how this is even legal to cut someone right off like that after being on opioids for twenty plus years due to my health she should of atleast gave me a two weeks supply to hold me until I found a new doctor but not her.....This is by far the worst pain management around of anyone wants a better overview I will kindly talk directly to anyone....God bless"
