I came in simply looking for a pick-me-up and left not only with a beautiful facial and perfectly laminated brows, but with a sense of healing in both mind and soul. The staff were genuinely lovely, caring, attentive, and grounding in a way that's rare to find in the city. The space itself feels like a small Japanese oasis tucked away in New York, serene and thoughtfully designed. I was delighted to discover their rotating quarterly art exhibition, and even had the pleasure of meeting the artist during my visit. It's clear that Jewell House takes a holistic approach to wellness. Here, getting your facial, nails, or brows becomes something deeper, more restorative. "I've been going to here for almost 2 years for eyelash extensions. I typically don't write many reviews but since I've been consistently going to place, I can really absolutely say I love this place. I've been going to the same lash technician Hiro. She is so comfortable to converse with and knows exactly what I want. she is realistic and gives great advice on how to keep your lashes healthy. the staff is also very nice and very responsive with appointments, adjustments, or cancellations. I highly recommend this place for natural lash sets. I haven't done anything dramatic here before so im not too sure about thick long dramatic looks but it's perfect for the natural everyday lashes. I had my wedding lashes done here too."
