"I did the cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The cold plunge was such a reset, my God. Finished it up w infrared sauna which warmed me up. After, I hopped in the red light therapy room which felt very relaxing & then the oxygen chamber. That night I slept like a baby, woke up feeling refreshed for a change, & am definitely going BK. Referred all my friends as well Solid 5 stars, my body can feel the difference. Very nice place inside, too. Highly recommended "
