"I've been struggling with TMJ for the past two years. I tried different treatments like medication, arthrocentesis, and Botox, but nothing worked. My last diagnosis recommended surgery with at least six weeks of recovery and no guarantee of full success. About four months ago, I found this place, and it changed my life. "I've had ongoing chronic back pain 24/7 since the beginning of January 2024. I went from being very active to being practically bedridden because of how excruciating the pain got. I was seeing a chiropractor who helped tremendously. Until one day, all of that progress reversed itself. I've been in pain for so long that I no longer know what it is like to live pain-free anymore. I was even up for surgery. This was my specialists last attempt to get me right before going through with it. I felt a change after the first day. It has only been improving since. By my 2nd visit, I was sleeping much better. The intense pain I would especially feel every night was now minimal. Steroids, muscle relaxers, ibuprofen, tylenol, and so on would not work anymore. Last night, the ibuprofen actually helped! I am very happy to find Liberty Physical Therapy. The staff is welcoming and non-intimidating. I am quite comfortable here, although I feel to be physically, at one of my lowest points in my life. "Excellent experience from Elizabeth scheduling my first appointment to Dr. Rashad discharging me. I would recommend this PT clinic to anyone who is looking for caring individuals regardless of injury. I've attended the clinic a couple of times due to shoulder and low back problems. Both times I was completely pain free, as with any conservative treatment in my case it took about 3-4 weeks to see a 180 on my symptoms.
