"Dr. Jesse Allert is the BEST! I had a severely damaged/torn rotator cuff injury from a fall. Dr. Allert performed arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder six weeks ago and I am healing beautifully. He is a highly-skilled surgeon. The four small incisions in my shoulder from the surgery are almost healed and will be unnoticeable. My range of motion is improving daily and I anticipate full use and full strength in my shoulder within another 4 to 5 months. He is an excellent communicator and took his time to explain my condition to me in language I could understand. My wife and I have found him to be kind, humble, and genuinely caring during every interaction. We trust him implicitely. We also found Leslie, his Surgical Coordinator, as well as his entire staff to be polite, professional and caring. Thank you Dr. Allert and team!!!"

"I was referred to Dr. Allert after I shattered my radial head, dislocated my elbow, tore ligaments and tendons during a horrific fall. My fracture is not common and many doctors would not see me. I had sent my x-rays to his office at Restoration Orthopaedics, and was called the next day to come in for a consultation. Dr. Allert spent so much time explaining what was needed to get my elbow stable! He even drew pictures of the joint. I was scheduled for surgery 3 days later. He operated on my elbow in Hackensack Hospital and replaced my radial head with a titanium joint. My recovery was without pain and uneventful. Dr. Allert is not only an accomplished surgeon, but he is compassionate and empathetic. He immediately put me at ease! I am now 12 weeks post-op. I was seen every 2-4 weeks to monitor my progress. I have no restrictions with mobility at this point and have full range of motion. I am so grateful to Dr. Allert! I would give him a million stars if I could!"

"I have been dealing with shoulder pain for an exceptionally long time; so long I do not remember a time when it did not hurt. On 9/11/23 I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery at Hackensack hospital with Jesse Allert as my orthopedic surgeon. I had some break-through pain the day after surgery, after the nerve block wore off which was a little intense for several hours but once it subsided all my shoulder pain, I have felt for, years was gone. I found it hard not to use my shoulder while recovering due to the absence of years of pain. I am not the best at following doctor's orders, and definitely did more than I should have for the majority of my recovery. I say this not to speak of my resilience but to speak of my gratitude for the level of professionalism and the detail that Dr. Allert put into the reconstructing of my shoulder joint. When you speak with Jesse, you can hear it in his voice and can feel his passion for what he does. While speaking with him on my first visit I knew he was the doctor I needed to fix my shoulder. I was referred to Dr. Jesse Allert from another orthopedic doctor, who has performed several surgeries on me, and he said Jesse would be his choice if it were his shoulder and I now could not disagree. I am in construction as well as being an avid fisherman and doing my job and what I enjoyed came with a lot of painful days and nights. Since 9/14/2023 I have been pain-free in my shoulder and have even fished a few times before I had the "all clear" because that is just my nature. I can say with 100% confidence that Dr. Jesse Allert is a master at his craft and if you live within the NNJ area, you would be a fool to use anyone else.
