"I had a total knee replacement procedure over 10 years ago, and experienced severe pain daily, that prevented me from walking, and performing my daily tasks. I had tried over 75 different medical procedures in an effort to get my life back and not rely on a cane to just walk and reduce my pain, but nothing worked. I read about Dr. Southern, and I went to visit his office where I was greeted by his his wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable staff, Patti, Lynn, and Erik. Dr. Southern examined my knee, and recommended a treatment procedure, which I accepted to try, although, I was ready to just write off the procedure expecting the same results as the numerous other medical procedures that I already tried. Dr. Southern recommended the platelet medical procedure, the procedure took about 3 hours to complete in his office. 3 hours later I walked out of his office, a little looney, but felt no pain. 2 weeks later I felt for the first time, a 50% reduction in my knee pain. 4 weeks later I was able to walk without the use of my cane. I returned to Dr. Southern for the scheduled follow-up visit, Dr. Southern, examined my knee and said that I would see additional healing. Today, I feel no pain and I walk without a cane. I am very grateful to Dr. Southern and his staff for allowing me to lead a normal life and my enjoy walking again. "I also had a terrible experience at this practice and will never return. I had pain in my foot which I thought was related to an issue in my foot and the doctor insisted that it came from my back. He refused to listen to my opinion about the pain I was having. Eventually I went up a different doctor who properly evaluated my situation and confirmed the issue was from my foot. The doctor at this practice treated me with arrogance and has a big ego."

"Dr. Southern is an excellent doctor. I've been a patient of his for 10 years now and he has been the only doctor able to alleviate my back pain. Two years ago he did a Regenexx procedure on my back (Platelet Lysate injections) which helped greatly. Appointments are never rushed and he takes the time to fully explain the problem.
