Testimonials
"This clinic is full of great staff who are more than willing to do everything they can to get you back to 100%. It's a great place for a free eval or a long post surgery recovery process. I spent 6 months coming here for rehab after knee surgery and had a wonderful experience and couldn't recommend a better clinic!"
"I had a fantastic experience at working with Ian through a running injury over the past ~9 months. I'd previously tried Hinge and gotten very "generic" advice, but it was immediately clear how much Athletico sees and treats each patient as individuals. For example, I had a hard to pinpoint running injury due to an atypical location and a lot of wear and tear on surrounding body parts as I'd tried to compensate. Ian was amazing at coming up with different tests/experiments, doing research based on my specific symptoms when I didn't fit neatly into any standard test/diagnosis, and suggesting helpful modifications to movements to help me stay active in the meantime. After we knew what we were working with, I continued to feel very supported at every step of the process -- helpful exercise and planning how to ramp them up on my own, solid network/referrals to providers for related concerns (sports med), incredibly patience answering my questions and educating about related running/training concepts that I can continue to apply. The experience really made the best of what could have been a very demoralizing time and always kept me optimistic that I'd get through it. Overall, a great environment as well. Clean, pretty spacious for movement, helpful front desk staff, not too hard to schedule, and the whole team clearly likes each other which creates a good atmosphere. Thanks, Ian and Athletico!"
"On March 14th, 2025, I had surgery done to repair my Ulnar Collateral Ligament in my right elbow. I am a college baseball player (catcher). This is a very uncommon injury/procedure for my position on the baseball field. I was referred to Carson Lux at Athletico in Naperville by a good family friend and was really impressed with the rehabilitation treatment given to me. Carson and I put in a lot of work to make sure I get myself back on the field the right way. Carson genuinely cares about his patients and wants nothing more, but to see their growth throughout the rehab process. I am approaching the 5 month post operation point and can say I am really grateful to have worked with the guidance of Carson throughout my rehab. I would recommend Carson and the Athletico in Naperville (Ogden) to anyone. The staff there is very friendly and the energy in there is always upbringing and fun."
"I went to about 5 sessions and had different therapists every time and they seem to not have an idea what I had. My shoulder got worse and I stopped. Having a therapist work with 2-3 patients does not allow them on focus on the patient. I found a new PT place."
"I worked with Mike P for about 14 months after my ACL surgery, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, he made it clear that my recovery was a priority--not just physically, but mentally too. He never rushed through any session, always paid close attention to the small things, and adjusted my plan based on how I was progressing or if something felt off. That level of care really stood out. What also made a big difference was how welcoming and friendly everyone at Atheltico Naperville was. Every visit felt like I was walking into a place where people genuinely cared--not just about getting me back on my feet, but about how I was doing overall. It made a long rehab journey much easier and more encouraging. Thanks to Mike P and the amazing team, I'm back to doing what I love--and feeling stronger than ever. Highly recommend them to anyone needing PT!"
"I started my journey since December after I read a lot about this center and especially the Naperville location, Mike was the star of the place from my reading of the review... and I decided to go and ask about Mike. Through my treatment journey, I found him understanding and knowing what to do for my condition... and indeed, my condition became better and improved since the second week. A month or so later I moved on to another PT, Brooklyn, which is different from Mike's and my physical condition has improved tremendously. I thank all the staff and employees of this location.. The place is now bigger and more spacious after the construction work and the opening of the place more ... Thank you, Mike and Brooklyn, for your patience and understanding of the conditions I was experiencing, and all my love and appreciation to you. Rana"
"I had a great experience with Mike P. and the team at Athletico on Ogden!. The initial evaluation was very thorough and Mike determined that there was an IT band issue that was affecting a tendon in my knee. I was training for a long distance hike and only had 7 weeks before I needed to leave for the trip. Mike went above and beyond to get me ready for the hike; 2x weekly visits, an at home exercise plan, follow up though email and even pre-cut KT tape for me to bring with for the hike. Mike and the entire team have created a professional and fun office. I highly recommend them!"
"Carson expertly identified my weak leg areas, like the glutes, and provided instructions to strengthen and flex them. He kept me positive about returning to my favorite physical activities if the proper steps were taken. Athletico is very fortunate to have a trainer like Carson on staff. Excellent service!"
