"Dr. Do Ouro was a lifesaver when it came to mitigating my chronic back pain and sciatica. Any one who suffers understands what this means for navigating your life with constant pain (or drugs). Dr. Do Ouro shared that she too had suffered prior to her extensive research and knowledge of radio frequency nerve ablation. So she comes to these treatment plans with the empathy of a patient's level of experience and with the eyes and experience of an MD. It is now over 10 years later and I have no chronic pain. Thank goodness for this kind amazing professional woman doctor and her ability to heal."

"This place has definitely fell off over the years. There is no communication via telephone because they refuse to have one. I don't know maybe because the receptionist does not want to answer one because she would rather be on HER phone. They don't even answer messages on klara. Because of this I gave had to go elsewhere to receive pain management care. Best decision."

"Injured in Office- Protect yourself and don't go!!!!!! Before I could see the main doctor they made me do an intake with Dr. Ruela who does not know how to treat disabled, injured people. I went in with a 7 pain from a shoulder injury that was 2 months mended and he told me to put my shoulder into an unsupported vulnerable position and then pressed forcefully against it with his able bodied strength until I got a shooting nerve pain down my arm. Where this man was trained, I don't know but use common sense. Why would you press forcefully against an injury (that I was crystal clear about ) rather than asking the patient to resist with their strength until THEY sense the edge of weakness??? If all the doctors there are trained this barbaric way they should not be in the business of chronic pain because they don't know what they are doing and are seriously hurting people as a result.. I burst into tears Dr. Ruela left without explanation and brought in the main doctor who never even asked if I was ok. The injury I had gone in with was a 7 chronic pain and after my visit, I left with a 10 acute pain and a numb and much weaker upper arm and neck pain that wasn't bothering me before. Please love yourself and protect your body. Do not trust these unskilled people. They will hurt you. I want to warn everybody so you don't have to live with the physical and emotional regrets that I now have to suffer."
