"After my shoulder surgery I knew physical therapy was the next step, but I was super not into the whole idea; dunno why, but that's me, don't like the whole one on one kinda thing. The Bridgeport location is close by so I picked up the phone and have it a try. The receptionist was super friendly and outgoing, got everything done over the phone and just a few days later went to the 1st appointment. I will say I have good luck, I was assigned to PT. Stephanie Levine and from the beginning she was very helpful and supportive and has made my visits something I don't mind doing. She is outgoing yet takes the time to listen and check in with you; is clearly something she enjoys very much and not just her "job". The time here goes by fast with her coaching and overall attention, lucky me surely. PT is not fun, but having someone that can put you at ease and help my recovery (which has been excellent and all around thumbs up by my surgeon). Glad I chose this location."
