They called me to set up an appt, I questioned why and when I needed to come in. Jeff called me right back and gave me clear instructions about when and how to contact him if I had a recurrence of my BPPV. He instructed me to live my life and he'd be available when I needed him which gave me clear direction and peace of mind. No wonder the group gets 5 stars from everyone."

"I am currently in my 5th or 6th round with Optimum. I have a bulged disc in my back with causes quite chronic flare ups. The staff is super friendly and sympathetic. They dont force me to do something if I tell them that it is too much. I always look forward to my visits. Jeff, Christina, Mickey, Steph, Logan are all great!!!! Amanda and Brianna are always super nice and helpful. I needed record of all my visits, and Brianna printed them out and emailed them to me very promptly. Highly recommend this place. I have always get pain relief from my sessions. I've had 3 injections also and really dont want to have to get another one."
