"Dr. Jon Paul-Rue was very pleasant and professional. He had a nurse who assisted him and she was very professional and very fast trying to get me seen asap. The office was a bit busy but I felt that if the person who checks you in ,,,,can tell you how long you may have to wait would be very helpful and stop the frustration with staff once your called in the back. Also Mercy Please ask your MD Physician Care Advisor to explain THAT A REFERRAL IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE DOCTOR TO GET PAID. No Referral for Specialist is required from the Insurance. If this or any other request it or requires it THE OFFICE MUST GET IT. That's was also frustrating to explain this at the time I made my appointment and get to the appointment and waste time explaining it again instead of informing me of the backup with the Doctor. Otherwise I had a great experience with the Doctor and his staff in the exam room."

"The visit was okay. The front desk staff was amazing. The doctor was pretty good. I requested for pain medicine from the doctor he insisted that i get it over the counter because I was told I had arthritis in my knees, . There is a cream from the pharmacist that I wish my doctor would have prescribed but, the doctor dismiss my request. The prescription is much strononger than the over the counter. That is all I asked for my knees are still in pain after the shots"
